I cycled from Osoyoos over Anarchist Pass at 1233 meters (4045 feet).   The Split statistics to the pass: Distance: 30km, Time: 1:49:00 Average: 16.02 KM/hr to Motel 99 (250.442.8501) on Highway 3 in Grandforks.  Osoyoss is at an elevation of 329 meters (1079 feet) thus resulting in a minumum elevation gain delta of 2966 feet.  There are 14 KM of 6% to 8% grade.
