I cycled from Mill Bay to work at 4000 Seymour Victoria, then put in full day of work, then cycled to Swartz Bay.  I took the ferry to Tzswassen.   I then cycled to my cousin Peter's house in Abbotsford via highway 10, Fraser Highway, Mt Lehman Rd, Auto Mall Wendys, Old Yale Road, and Marshall Rd.

Substantial Hills: Malahat of over 1150ft, one from Delta to Surrey, one from Cloverdale to Langley, one just east of Langley.
