I cycled from Kakawa Lake Resort near Hope, at 42 meters (138 feet), for about 200 meters with about a 15% grade to Alison pass, about 65 km with an elevation of 1342 meters (4403 feet), giving a minimum elevation difference of 4267 feet.   Alison Pass splits: Distance: 61.22 km Time: 3:15:49 Average: 18.8

I then took a guessitmated drop of 1000 ft and up to Sunday Summit at 1282 meters(4206 feet) giving a minimum elevation difference of 843 feet.   Sunday Summit splits: Distance: 103.77 km Time :4:47:30 Average: 21.73

I cycled a few more hills with a difference of about 500 feet giving a total climbing height of about 5700 feet.  I used my cousin's accumulating altimeter value instead.   I cycled to the Dairy Queen (250.295.7599) in Princeton.  We stayed at the Econo Lodge Motel at 224 4th Street Princeton.
