I cycled from Kamploops via Highway 5 to McDonald's in Merritt on Voght St (Hwy 5a).   I got strong head winds for the last 25 KM slowing me down considerably.

I continued from Merritt towards Hope.  I had hoped my wife would come by with our van about 2 hours later than she did and thus I only managed an additional 26.4 km further than Merritt.
