Mill Bay to Abbotsford

I cyled from Mill Bay to Work at 4000 Seymour in Victoria, then put in a day's work, and then cycled to Swartz Bay.  I took the ferry to Tszwassen.  I then cyled to my cousin Peter's house in Abbotsford via highway 10, Fraser Highway, Mt Lehman Rd, Auto Mall Wendys,Old Yale Road, right down Clearbrook, left to Marshall Rd.

Substantial Hills: Malahat of over 1150ft, one from Delta to Surrey, one from Cloverdale to Langley, one just east of Langley.

Split Stats: from home via work to to Swartz Bay:
Time: 2:09:11 Distance: 67:45 KM Average: 31.52 KM/hr.

The elevation gain is the minimum on paper calculation from lowest to highest point.   No dips are included.
