Merritt to Kamloops

I cycled to McDonalds's in 1700 block of E. Trans Canada Highway (Access road) at bottom of hill by the river.  We stayed at the Rodeway Motel, 1763 East Trans Canada Highway, V2C 3Z6 (250.374.8944).  2 x 1 1/2 liter water bottles should be OK.  There was NO Rest Area.  There was quite rough slip coating put on most of the road shoulders and thus the ride was quite rough on butt.  A tail wind on the up hills was offset by a head wind on down hills.  I will take 95A next time.  This route is slightly longer but easier.
