The Heart Calls

It seems like only yesterday
You left this earth to fly away
To heavens throne, to God�s own son
To Jesus Christ, the Risen One.
We know you�re well
You�re in His Care
And one day we will meet you there.

The leaves have fallen from the tree
Winters coming its plain to see
When earth�s asleep in cold and snow
The tree�s around look dead you know.
They rest well, knowing that the sun
Returns with warmth,
And life�s begun to come alive
New leaves appear giving hope
Eternal every year.

Lisa, in our hearts you�ll stay
As we await that glorious day
When around God�s throne we�ll sing
Praising Jesus together again.
